• An exit clean including linen and towel hire, and laundry as required, is payable at the end of each stay. This cost will be dependent on the amount of cleaning/linen, towels and laundry required. If you only use 3 bedrooms your exit clean will cost less than if you use all 6 bedrooms. A range of costs for this service including sheets and towels is from $750 to approx. $1,200.
