John and Sharon Russell, the founders of Second Home have over 25 years’ experience in managing the Co-Ownership of luxury motor yachts, a villa in a small town in Italy and a number of high-end properties in Queenstown. With this knowledge, their professional team and home managers in Queenstown, Bannockburn and Italy they can guarantee your best possible Co-Ownership experience.  

Creating interaction between their co-owners is a key priority for John and Sharon. They organise events from time to time where you will have the opportunity to meet your co-owners. Of course, you can be involved with this as much or as little as you like, but this is an important element in your enjoyment of Second Home Co-Ownership, as it’s more like being a member of an exclusive club.

Each co-owner has exclusive use of their home for between 4, 6 or 8 weeks every year depending on the particular property and shares in the costs. All you do is pre-book your weeks, savour the anticipation of your next holiday, then arrive and enjoy. At the end of your stay, simply pack up and start planning your next holiday. It’s that simple. All the chores of cleaning and maintenance are taken care of.
