Jack's Point Apartment Progress

Following the success of our co-owned holiday home in Queenstown (recently featured on Grand Designs New Zealand) we are pleased to advise the first Second Home co-ownership property at Jack’s Point.

Second Home has exercised it’s option on Apartment 3 at Village Works Quarters, Jack’s Point and with the support of our first three enthusiastic families, we are pleased to announce our concept of co-ownership of a holiday home in Queenstown New Zealand is officially up and running.

Our 3 bedroom apartment is well under construction with the underground garage level completed and our apartment 3 concrete slab now poured and moving towards completion in December this year.

The enjoyable stage of choosing furnishings, colours etc is about to start and we are also witnessing the finishing stages of the first retail/commercial area to be built at Jack’s Point, an exciting addition to this already well-established golf resort development only 6 minutes’ drive from Queenstown airport.

We are inviting five additional families to explore the opportunity of becoming founding co-owners in this unique opportunity.

October 2024 Update

We are very pleased to advise we have 8 very excited new owners eagerly awaiting completion of Apartment 3 at Jack’s Point in March 2025 and we have secured an option on Apartment 6.
